Company has 12 years experience. Current wooden posts are rotting, last about 5 to 10 additional years. Gate posts have shifted and many don’t latch. Vinyl fence more expensive but lifetime warranty, two year for workmanship. Posts set in concrete. They flex with the wind. Estimate for tan $47,681 for 1620 feet that are both 6 and 5 foot high where designated and 30 walk through gates. A special meeting with owners of the Hearne units will be called in the near future to determine how they want to proceed.
