HARMONY RIDGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
PUBLIC BOARD MEETING
6:00pm at Library
July 14, 2008 (Rescheduled from 7/7/08)
CALL TO ORDER
OPEN DISCUSSION
• Water on the Rocks has been slow finishing the process; we are still holding back $2500 of what we owe until the sod has been replaced/re-seeded where there are issues. Paul Novi has been contracted to do weekly filter cleaning and semi-weekly chlorine tablet insertion.
• A concern was raised about watering the trees in the median at the entry on Seneca. Update: We consulted with our sprinkler vendor and everything is in working order.
• Questions were raised about the status of the grass, i.e. watering and cutting too close/frequently. Nancy will ask Novi to cut grass less short and add a little nitrogen to the fertilizer. Update: Mowers were raised; all yards were fertilized and sprayed for weeds at no charge to the HOA; watering was increased to 5 days per week until August 31st; and all sprinkler heads were inspected where dead grass is present and either replaced or adjusted.
• The city will start their Harmony project this month and should finish in November.
• Nancy will research lights that don’t shine too brightly for walk way leading to the fountain.
